Description

Huge amount of Poison Hemlock in Carter Jones Park. See pictures VERY poisonous to people and animals. Huge liability issue for the city. Also, someone backed into the new fencing in the alley between Porter st. and Bainbridge THIS IS NOT TEXAS BEACH! It’s Carter Jones Park.
