Description

maintainer of this property(the city of richmond) needs too maintain this property better. The sidewalks are impassable, unlevel and the trees overhang the surrounding private properties and public passways. Its a complete eye sore but typically city bs. Extend the richmond bike lane here and make use of its otherwise pointless space or a bus stop instead of a block up in the residentual area .Failing to find a fix to this space confirms how assinine the thinking is at city call…………..novel idea.
