    I cannot determine if the tree is on city property or not. I have contacted Marvin Anderson to have the tree survey. IF the tree belongs to the city then pruning is all that is recommended at this time. Due to the size and location of the tree, a contractor may possibly have to perform the work. tree is not on inventory.
