Description

People park right up to the entrance to the alley that makes it difficult for people to enter or exit the alley safely. For example, a city trash truck got stuck for 15 minutes this morning trying to make the turn off Belmont into the alley because a car had partially blocked the alley. The north side of the alley has a no parking sign; it's a loading zone.
