Description
The 3800 block of Noble Avenue does not have speed tables (or speed humps). Cars use our street to cut around traffic between Laburnum and Chamberlayne and often drive much too fast endangering children and residents. We would like speed humps installed to slow down drivers. The other blocks of Noble Avenue have these speed controls installed.
