Description

Address that RVA311 assigned isn't correct. The alley behind Admiral Gravely Blvd (near Williamsburg Ave) & the alley behind the northern end of Fulton St intersect at a corner of Gillies Creek Park. That's where the concrete is. The utility pole that is next to the concrete chunk has "DPU 32790" on it. Photos attached of concrete & utility pole.
