Description

There is a perpetual trash/recycling mess in the alley behind #8 Auburn Ave. Tenants from the buildings of #8 Auburn and 3208 Ellwood both use the cans. Tenants of the Ellwood building also quickly overwhelm the two cans of the duplex at 3218 Ellwood. There are not enough cans for the number of tenants involved. Because of this they use the recycling cans, which the recycling truck doesn't take. No one has cleaned up this area in months and months. It's disgusting and ongoing.
