Description
This house continues to throw large items into the back alley behind this house with no plan to dispose of them properly. A few weeks ago it was a large sectional. Now, after it sitting there a few weeks, is a dishwasher and other furniture items. They need to be fined or it made clear that this is not the way to properly dispose of bulk items especially when the city will pick up. This is getting ridiculous. No one else on the street does this but it appears that does not click with them.
