Description

Tree has fallen on citizen house is requesting to have remove ASAP, please contact citizen DPW%74712 Citizen state that there is a large tree making creaking sounds and weakening like it is going to fall. She states she is afraid it may fall on her or her home; the tree is dropping limbs and is covered in ivy; she states that it is a city tree on the side of the property in the sidewal
