Description
"When it rains water doesn't drain from the gutter in front of our house. Then it becomes stagnant. As I type this note on my front porch, the mess in the gutter smells like sewage. Thanks for correcting this longstanding (ha, ha) problem." Contact has been made with the resident, Karen Berndt, and after a brief discussion it is determined this is a DPW Roadway Maintenance issue. A gradient gutter pan issue caused by tree roots are the main cause to the request.
