Please ensure that the public waste recepticle that is kow overflowing is emptied appropriately in a timely manner. Citizens are beginning yo dispose of wadte on the sidewalk because it is overflowing. This is beginning to cause a public health hazard. Please attend to this in a timely manner. Thank you.
