Description

Tree is blocking streetlight from lighting the block of MacArthur Ave north of tree location. This is the only block of MacArthur without a streetlight at the mid-block alley entrance, so with this light being blocked the middle of the block is very dark. Might help to trim the tree at the Nottoway Ave intersection as well.
