Description
Weeds have overgrown sidewalk on all sides of Norrell School Annex, except for the front. The back, as shown in photos, has been completely neglected. The weeds have grown four feet high and began to flower...The workers who cut the school grounds have told me, on two separate occasions, they were not told to maintain the sidewalk. In all the years, 30, I have lived here, this is the worse maintenance ever.
