Description

MR FRANKLIN STATES THAT HE WOULD LIKE A NO PARKING SIGN IN FRONT OF HIS HOME DUE TO THE CARE VAN PICKING HIM UP FROM IN THE STREET. AND HE ALSO STATES THAT THE NEIGHBORS KEEP PARKING IN FRONT OF HIS HOME AND DIDNT ASK PERMISSON. AND HE WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE IN DPW.
