Description

The road is falling off into the ditch. Road crews have "fixed" and it is not holding up. There are cracks of 4 inches in the road. As you can see from the pictures - there is no shoulder, the asphalt is falling apart. Very dangerous. I have spoken to the City of Richmond for years about the ditch and road. The road is literally falling apart.
