Description

Hello, The overflowing dumpster is causing bags containing discarded food to scatter across the alley and parking lot. There is an unbearable stench as a result. The dumpster didplays the businesses name from across the street, yet I witnessed workers from the neighboring restaurants using this dumpster just yesterday. Thank you.
