Description

Request for speed control measure (stop sign or speed hump) on 3rd ave at the corner of Custer St. - People drive by flooring it down 3rd Ave between BPB and Victor. We walk our dogs here, cross the street to walk between our house and cars, and have had to jump out of the street because cars and motorcycles zoom out of no where.
