Description
The sidewalk in front of the north entrance to the alley bounded by Meadow, Grace, Broad and Allen has enormous, deep potholes that have had standing water for months. I used the alley to access my apartment, as do many others. Pedestrians have to to make their around the water/scum filled potholes to walk down the sidewalk. The alley has additional water-filled potholes near the entrance. Please fix, thanks! People also poop and pee in the alley.
