Description

Communications called (Byrd) to report a tree down in alley with wires. Not sure if the entire alley is blocked. I contacted Dominion (Booker) and reported tree in wires.

    M Spoke with Arborist and Dominion has not been out to inspect. The crew can not do anything until Dominion comes out. Spoke back with Ben with Dominion and he will check with Ms. Booker to see why there was no ticket opened on Monday.

    Received call from Ben Ryan with Dominion. A serviceman with Dominion confirmed that the wires are not Dominions and they are either city duplex wires or Verizon. Will contact DPU
