Description

Two containers designated for trash and recycling has not been dumped for over 7-8 WEEKS. Both cans overflowing with bags and bags of animal feces, cans, diapers, etc. Spillage encroachment in public sidewalk. Health hazard as lids will not close. Fly infestation. Cans placed on street side versus designated alleyway pickup area.
