Description

There are two dead trees covered in vines adjacent to the alleyway. These trees have been dead for some time and are at risk of falling across the alley onto my and my neighbors property. They would also take out the power and communications lines along our side of the alley. Speaking with the owner has not proven productive. photos of the vine covered trees have been added
