Citizen called to report a low hanging tree that was bumped today by a crew doing paving to the road and the tree has a crack and it believes it could be dangerous.

    Additional neighborhood member Ms. Tricia Bryant (804-213-0858) phoned in to complain at length regarding tree stump removal not being completed. Explained repeatedly to caller that RVA311 can only follow up on existing service tickets and doesn't have access to DPW's work schedule, that RVA311 cannot provide Urban Forestry employee’s personal cell phone numbers, and that DPW’s primary methods of contact are via RVA311 service tickets or via email contact
