Description
the 4700 block of W. Franklin Street is terribly paved, uneven and features many large potholes and is a safety hazard (not to mention how unsightly it is and brings down the property values on the street). I pay my Richmond City property taxes every year on time, and the city of Richmond is not holding up their end by making our streets driveable. I put this request in over 1.5 years ago. I am creating this new request because it was never completed and needs to be expedited immediately.
