Description

The line for both Southbound and left turn onto eastbound Grove were moved back(North) so GRTC buses could turn right from Grove onto Libbie. GRTC changed route and the buses no longer make the turn, rather continue West on Grove. With the parallel street parking approaching the interesection, cars back up further down Libbie waiting for the light, preventing left turning cars from entering the turn lane, and having to wait for a second or third green light cycle.
