Description

The alley between 700 e Brookland Park blvd and 3007 Napoleon 23222 needs repair and or repaved with asphalt. It is cracked, weeds are growing and it is dirty. Can we please have this completely repaved with new black asphalt poured on the entire alley not just the cracked parts?
