HUGE BROKEN TREE LIMB IS ON TOP OF POWEER LINE AND SEVERAL OTHER TREES ARE ALSO INTO THE POWER LINES. TREEA NEEDING TOPPED OUT BEFORE THEY CAUSE POWER OUTAGES AND THE BROKEN LIMBS NEED REMOVED BEFORE THEY CAUSE VEHICLEDAMAGE OR PEDESTRIAN INJURY IF THEY FALL. ROOTS OF TREES ARE ABOVE THE GROUND CAUSING PEOPLE TO TRIP AND FALL..
