Description

There are existing "No U-Turn" signs on both EB and WB Broad St, but as best I can tell there is no reason for either restriction. Traffic can only turn left off Broad when the Pulse buses have a stop indication (horizontal white bar), and traffic is also stopped on Sheppard. Moreover because of the middle Pulse lanes, most cars/SUVs can easily make a U-turn. There is demand for this since many of the other traffic signals on Broad have left/u-turns banned. Please remove those signs.

The sign plans were prepared by a traffic engineering consultant for the BRT. DPW supports their decision to have the NO U-TURN signs.
