Description

Hello, There is a large city tree directly in front of my house (6524 Kensington Ave Richmond Va 23226) that is dead with limbs hanging over the street that are at high risk of falling and causing damage to parked vehicles. The tree needs to be removed ASAP and would appreciate your assistance. Please advise on how to get it taken care of. Thanks, Matt August
