Description

This tree drops limbs onto the street and sidewalk after almost every storm. A crew came through a couple weeks ago to trim several trees in the neighborhood, including this one, but they took off hardly anything and it's still dropping limbs. There are also multiple unhealthy-looking limbs without any growth on them.
