Description

The signal cycle times at this intersection are disproportinate and lead to backups in both directions on N Lombardy. The Brook Rd lights are green for long periods with no passing vehicles, while the N Lombardy greenlights are not long enough to properly allow the backed up traffic to clear. I have witnessed drivers run the N Lombardy redlight after waiting several minutes for the light to change to green. Thank you!

    Camera was slightly moved due to recent high winds. correct the problem and observed intersection working normally for an extended time
