Description

DPW-SIDEWALK IS PLUCKERING UP IN HIS NEIGHBORHOOD, THE SIDEWALK IS GONE IT IS NOTHING BUT MUD. THE TREE IS MAKING CEMENT PLUCKER UP AT 1603-1605 NO CEMENT AT ALL JUST MUD.
