Description
The ALLEY that runs behind the apartments on 2913 Chamberlayne is HORRIBLE. It has dips and potholes and has caused damage to my car and my family's cars. When it rains you could end up with worse engine or electrical damage because the water holes are so deep. People have been asking for years. A petition needs to be filed for the hundreds of people who live in those houses and apartments to get their money back because I am sure we've all suffer from car damage from this alley!
