- System · May 4, 2021there was a stump removed 2 months ago at this location. There was a dirt or mulch placed down where the stump was ground. The citizens grass is being killed and when it rains it turns in to mud. Please remove or place over top of it It's located near her trash cans and when it rains it very muddy.
