Description
The bushes outside of 401 Libbie Avenue (Palini restaurant and shops) have grown so large onto the sidewalk that there is no ADA access, stroller access and just a narrow strip for pedestrian access. This creates a dangerous situation where you have to go into the street, if physically able, to pass by there.
