Description
The large tree planted on the opposite side of the Rowland Ave side of our house has an electric wire among the branches and one large branch presses on it. The branches reaching across the street hand over and close to our vehicles and provide a nice run for the squirrels to land on our roof. Could you please advise us about trimming? Our obligation or yours?
