Description
The entire alley has needed some repair for a while. However, with the construction of a new home and the heavy payloads of materials being brought in via the alley, by the contractor, Spruce Construction, the pot holes, cracks and have gotten deeper, more cracked and loose. In addition, the City's easement land has now deep tracks and grooves and dirt from these easements have has been forced into the alley. Our easement property has been adversely impacted due to the proximity of construction
