Description

PUT a request about 3 years ago. Told the city it was a tree there in my prior years. However about 8 years, city remove it due to tree dropped particulars that if step on didn't give pleasant smell. City never planted another tree. 5 blocks up, I noticed the city planted new trees. Wondering why city never planted another tree here. In addition where the tree was its a soft spot there. not on my property but the other side of the sidewatlk in front of my house.
