Description

The city recently planted a nice magnolia tree at 2510 E. Grace St in Church Hill. The next few days after, I witnessed a neighbor from 2512 E. Grace St, digging it up. I noticed it is now in her backyard. Who would I speak to regarding this? Because of the sensitivity of the issue and it being a neighbor, I do not want the neighbor to know I mentioned this to the city.
