Description

To affirm another resident's request (DPW000063968) please consider adding a mini traffic circle to the Ladies Mile and Fendall intersection. Fendall and Ladies Mile are both on the Richmond Bicycle Master Plan as bike-walk streets (even though they are still awaiting pavement markings and signage) and one of the recommendations for those routes is mini traffic circles.
