Description

Please install the Fendall Ave/ W Home St/ Monteiro St bike-walk street from the 2014 Richmond Bicycle Master Plan. There is supposed to be bike-walk street along this route, but currently there are no signage nor pavement markings. There there are no pavement markings or bike signage on Fendall Ave or Home St, nor are there any pavement markings at that intersection. Perhaps there could be some speed humps along Fendall as well, especially near Obama ES.
