Description
One the Northeast corner of the intersection of Ellwood and Thompson there is a non-functional crosswalk light. On the Southeast corner there is absolutely no crosswalk light at all. This is right in front of a brand new grocery store and shopping mall. Not sure why they would even open without a crosswalk indicator. This is a dangerous situation.

- Staff · April 29, 2021Repairs have been made and the traffic signal is working as designed. The crosswalk and WALK signals are not planned on the SE quadrant due to the double left turn from Ellwood to Thompson which is 507 vehicles in the PM peak hour. The north crosswalk is safer as there are fewer conflicts for people who walk across Thompson Street.
