Description

Several years ago I paid for the City to install some trees in the utility strip in front of my house. The arrangement included the City replacing them if they did not survive. The one closest to my neighbor - 4908 Riverside - did not make it , and a year ago I placed a request for its replacement. Since that was not done, would you please have it replaced this spring. Thanks you, Tom Flynn

    The city's contractor warranty's trees for one year after planting. If the trees were planted several years ago as described the trees would no longer be under warranty. Left a voicemail for the resident.
