Description
Street dug up related to gas line; two holes placed in street, once work was complete, gravel was placed instead of cement that was originally in place. Work was done late late March early April; caller is concerned regarding gravel which has left mud and water and gravel is falling off; red that has caused a lot of mud in the area.
