Description

Beauvine Burger Concept's outdoor dining makes it impossible for people with mobility needs to use the sidewalk on Plum Street--passage is too narrow between their seating/fencing and light posts/street signs. Not quite as problematic on Main Street, but still hard to pass by narrower sections. Wheelchairs can't just go over the curb and pass within the street (plus, that is dangerous for other pedestrians and folks pushing stollers too!).
