Description

I own a property located at 318 W. Broad Street My neighborlocated at 313 N. Monroe Street. has slowly, over time, been taking over the back alley with a garden. She has been warned in the past by the city and a couple of years ago the city removed the garden. The garden doesn’t allow for larger cars or trucks to drive safely through the alley. I recently installed a new gutter and downspout which were damaged when a truck
