Description
Cars consistently speed (15+ over speed limit) on Dove St between the intersections of Dove St & North Ave and Dove St & Richmond Henrico Turnpike. There is a blind hill on Dove St leading down to the Turnpike intersection, and this area is close to a park, public trail, and is generally a high foot-traffic area. Something has to be done about the negligence and disregard for the speed limit on this road section. I am happy to provide videos to support this concern.
