Sidewalk damage from old concrete on the side of 3901 Rosedale Ave, the front of 3913 Rosedale Ave, the front of 3915 Rosedale Ave, Handicap Accessible Ramp at the corner of Rosedale Ave. & Hill Monument Pkwy (Across from Imperial Plaza) and sidewalk repair on the side of 3900 Teakwood Ave. The new Office of the General Registrar at 2134 West Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, Virginia 23227 & Bally’s Casino proposal is also making an impact on Richmond, VA.
