Description
The alley has a large sunken area. This alley is behind a very busy block of businesses in Carytown and large delivery trucks are constantly using the alley, along with residents. There have been two new buildings constructed (CapOne and the adjacent building) as well as two new restaurants about to open. A complete repaving would be of great benefit to all.
