The 7-11 site plan and entrance design was reviewed and approved by the Planning Dept and the Right of Way Management Division. DPW has taken several measures to address local concerns. Trucks are prohibited on Southall Ave with sign installations on Walmsley Blvd, Epperson Ave and Southall Ave in both directions. The alley besides the 7-11 store was made one-way southbound and has two one-way signs on Southall and a Do not enter sign near Broad RockBlvd for northbound traffic. Missing street name signs for Southall and Epperson are in fabrication with installation to follow.
