Description
Broken/blocked sewer drain that creates a flooded intersection and 6 inch deep mud embankment that blocks the handicap access ramp to the sidewalk. This is adjacent to public housing for eldery & disabled residents. The blocked sewer, water and mud makes the path to the bus stop on Semmes inaccessable to residents in wheelchairs and with other mobility issues. This has been an issue for over 10 years!
